Purpose

The purpose of the GIS Steering Committee is to facilitate the progression of advancing geospatial science within the BLM Montana/Dakotas. This committee will serve as an advisory body to the State Director and the State Management Team, providing advice and recommendations for consistent implementation and use of the GIS program.
